Challenge
Re-branding the Dorough Lupus Foundation (DLF) to maintain its position as the premiere foundation dedicated to Lupus education and research

Solution

Upgrading the foundation’s primary presence with new content and creative for an enhanced www.doroughlupusfoundation.org. The website was restructured to reflect the sophisticated re-branding initiative. Partnering with cosmetics company Eyes Lips Face (e.l.f.) Cosmetics, we developed the exclusive ‘Wings of Hope’ cosmetics kit to raise awareness and funding for the DLF. To attract potential donors, we threw an event at the Tropicana in Atlantic City, as well as hosted awareness events at local salons in conjunction with national teen publications.

Results
Our high-impact events, such as the second annual “Bowl for the Cause,” raised over $25,000 for the DLF. The internationally sold ‘Wings of Hope’ kit sold thousands of units. The client’s new Internet site showcased the DLF as a prestigious and mature organization, allowing for stronger connections between the DLF, donors, and advocates.
