About Adrianne
Adrianne Wells, MSW, has been an integral part of the Buzz Marketing team since 1996. She began as a buzzSpotter and then moved on to become a BCB Consultant and supervisor. She currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. Her work includes Human Resources Management, Budget Analysis and contract negotiation, along with developing youth advisory boards for non-profits and developing strategies to help Buzz better serve the community.
Her past work experience includes extensive training in human resources management and working as an Executive Assistant for three years at a pediatric facility. She opted for a more adventurous internship experience by spending one month in Limerick, Ireland in 2003 volunteering at a HIV/AIDS awareness agency. She also has extensive experience working with pregnant and at-risk teens, the elderly, non-profit organizations, and community organizations.
In 2004, she graduated from Hood College with a Bachelor's of Arts in Social Work and began a part-time career with Buzz Marketing Group. That same year, Adrianne was accepted to the University of Maryland School of Social Work's Advanced Standing Program. In 2005, she participated in a groundbreaking effort on behalf of Montgomery County Maryland's County Council, to develop a grant program for non-profits. She went on to graduate with a Master's degree in Management and Community Organization. She currently serves on The Self-Esteem Institutes Board of Trustees, assists with the Friends of the Orphans Family Services Board- finding and creating curriculum for HIV/AIDS awareness -and volunteers with Capital Hospice of Northern Virginia, working with end of life care patients and helping with administrative needs on a monthly basis, and is an adjunct professor of sociology for PG community college.

I drink tons of water every day, so I recently stopped purchasing water bottles and started using glasses instead. I also purchase eco-friendly light bulbs.
