If you could go back into any decade, which would you choose?
I would choose the 70’s. I loved the laid back, hippie look and all the peace signs and floaty fabrics.
What is the one object in your home that you're embarrassed to own?
How about my entire Hanson album collection?
What was your favorite meal growing up?
My Mom swears the only thing I ever wanted to eat growing up was mashed potatoes. It is still one of my favorites. Yum!
Where is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
Ischia, Italy is one of the most beautiful places by far. It’s a little island off the coast of Naples and you just feel like you are in paradise there with the view, the food, the spas and the people. You don’t encounter anything like that in the US.
What is your greatest addiction?
Oh please, easy. SHOPPING.
Where is the worst place to be stuck waiting?
Anywhere. But more specifically, behind slow drivers when you are in a rush.
Name one celebrity that has no right being a celebrity.
Heidi Montag. I don’t get it.
What hobby have you always wanted to pick up?
Graphic design. I am so jealous of my friends who are savvy with this stuff.
What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
Hop in the shower so I don’t fall back to sleep.
How do you relieve stress?
Online shopping is really good for that.
What book would you suggest for everyone you know to read?
Although it’s kind of tedious, Ayn Rand’s The Fountainhead is one of my favorite books. Everyone who reads it learns something different.
When flying, are you a window person or an aisle rider?
Window or I am not going.
What is your favorite childhood cartoon?
Not the biggest cartoon kid, but Popples and Rainbow Brite were so cool and personified the 80’s.
Where was the first place you were employed and what did you do?
I was a camp counselor at the YMCA when I was 14. I hated it at first and then loved it so much I worked there every summer until I graduated high school!
If you had to be in a music video would you be a backup dancer or backup singer?
Absolutely neither. I can’t sing or dance even a little bit. I’d be the friend of the backup dancer/singer eating at the snack table.
Did you ever play a musical instrument; if so what did you play?
I played guitar for about two months.
If you could choose to posses a superhuman power what would it be?
My friends and I discuss this all the time. I would want to read minds.
If you could open your own restaurant, retail store, or on-line website what would it be like? What products or services would you provide?
For some reason I want to open up a cupcake shop more than anything. It would have tons of different kinds of cupcakes with neon colors and interesting combinations. We’d also deliver if you got a late night craving!
What was the last concert you attended?
Maroon 5 and Counting Crows.
What have you done for the environment lately; do you have any “Go Green” advice?
I think it’s really important to just keep in mind what you are doing. I love that my community has implemented a recycling program.
What is one fun fact you can say about yourself?
I eat an avocado every day. It’s so weird.
