Focusing on empowered females, Tyra featured Tina as a self made CEO and entrepreneur. Ms. Wells spoke about how reaching success without the help of a male was never about self-empowerment; it was just never a question. Success, as Ms. Wells defines it, is something that resides within every person, whether they are a male or a female. Gender is not an automatic indicator of possible future success.

What people don't realize is that being a woman and being successful doesn't have to happen in our children's generations. With hard work and determination, it can happen as soon as now.
