My Boys protagonist, PJ Franklin is a Chicago based sportswriter. She seems to have it all: friends, family, and an active social life paired with a challenging job that she has thus far, mastered. PJ’s friends come in the form of male, sports fans who treat PJ as a "little sister". Throughout past seasons PJ has adapted to her tomboy stereotype due to her male induced surroundings. Although PJ’s life seems sorted out, she has not yet found love. Follow PJ on her journey for the perfect man and you will be guaranteed quite a few laughs. This feel good comedy is not only addicting, but you can’t deny the outlandish, new age humor. America’s Best Dance Crew- Season 2: MTV @ 10pm Premier Date: 6/7/08 
Americas Best Dance Crew is MTV’s attempt at an American Idol- like dance show. It features selected dance crews from all over the United States. Each week, the dance troops choreograph a dance based on a specific theme. The crews then perform the dances for the famed judges, JC Chasez, Shane Sparks and the somewhat illiterate Lil’ Mama. All though this show seems a little too familiar, the crew’s actually exude a tremendous amount of talent. If you are addicted to pop culture or have a love for the art of dance, tune in and America’s best Dance Crew will teach you a thing or two about booty shaking. Weeds: Showtime @ 10pm Premier Date: 6/16/08 
The fourth season of Weeds continues to keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Nancy Botwin (Mary-Louise Parker), begins her fourth season portraying a suburban widow whose main source of income comes in form of dealing marijuana. The past seasons of Weeds focused on smaller dilemmas that Nancy and her family faced. For example her teenage son purposely getting his deaf girlfriend pregnant, followed by Nancy falling in love with a DEA agent. This season of Weeds has introduced more mature plot scenarios that venture out of the rather safe, suburban storyline it had previously followed. Nancy, now a big time dealer is learning the do’s and don’ts of today’s drug culture. Season 4 will reward true fans with some unforeseen twists and turns. Project Runway: Bravo@ 9m Premier Date: 7/16/08 
Project Runway is back just a few months after Christian Siriano was deemed the show’s youngest and sassiest winner. Die-hard fans will enjoy another season featuring Tim Gunn’s notable one-liners and Heidi Klum’s awesome fashions. Rumors are surfacing that Nicole Kidman might be a guest judge on one of the seasons upcoming episodes. The new season of Project Runway will raise the competition high. Fans will enjoy the new cast and weekly challenges. Project Runways viewers will continue to watch the designers under pressure as well as the normal dramatics that occur during each episode. Be sure to check out the last season of Project Runway on Bravo before it moves to Lifetime next year. |
